Nice article..I hardly hit the 7 golden hours nowadays. I guess need to cut down on the caffeine intake. *sigh*

as for me, i need it in the morning and afternoon (in office) and after ever dinner... matilah!!! heavy duty sudah nie... but can't help it!!!

I normally sleep less than 7 hours everyday. Can't do much about that unless I live 10 minutes away from my workplace.
Hands down to all of us coffee drinkers hehehe... although i only drink coffee in the morning & afternoon.

I sleep 6 hours a day, if not memang bingung2 la sa dalam lab.
Kupi suda tia ble consume oh sa, musti poning punya, so sa hantam koko lah...teh pun ok juga
hmm klu sia, mesti tidur 7-8jam 1 hari (klu lebih nnt pening, klu kurang takut2 cranky nnt time kerja). Tidur itu penting, tp klu ter lebih..mo di lipat / di tapuk sdh itu tilam..it apply only to me..
me also usually sleep less than 7 hours oo every night. During weekends I try to take 1hr afternoon nap. walaupun tidak cukup utk ganti the sleep, at least ada juga la kan :)
but i read in Reader's Digest long time ago yg if we dont get enough sleep, we tend to be overweight... so klu overweight tu, cuba try get enough sleep, I stressed ENOUGH sleep, jgn talabih pula aahh.. tambah pula tu weight nanti heheheh

sia punya tidur nda ketentuan... maybe that's why sia 'basar'.. hahaha (campur2 yg kuat makan punya pasal).. tapi slalunya kurang dr 7 hrs..
aktiviti 'curi2 tidur' plg siok skg bagi sia... curi2 tidur maksun sia ialah tidur w my JJ during weekend. dia tidur, sia pun 'curi' tidur... hehe
Poppet.. Hmm...Macam kurang yakin plak sama tu article tu tau. Maybe only applicable for certain cases kot eh. Since I have less sleep, my weight is also getting 'lesser' nowadays.
Hombidai....biasa la tu kalau sudah jadi parents kan. Hehehe..JJ rules your nite. LOL!
