True CNY story..

I don’t want to reveal too much about the people involved here, but this is a true story, which had me in stitches and had a stomach ache. I was ‘warned’ not to “spread” this story, but I am hahaha.. Hombidai just wanna have fun today

Clerk : Boss, we will have a week-long holiday (24^th – 31^st). But at the same time, it’s the end of the month. Err.. it’s about the pay-cheques..

Boss : So? You are coming back for work to bank it in?

Clerk : Hehe.. No Boss. But I suggest you sign it early and bank-in this week i.e. 23^rd, much earlier would be better..

Boss : No, no, that’s not a good idea. But you can prepare the cheques today and I can sign it next week..

Clerk : Err Boss.. we are on holiday next week.. remember?

Boss : It’s okay..

Clerk : (don’t actually want Boss to ask her to come back for work but just pretended to…pura-pura konon) Errr.. so you want me to come back to bank-in the thing?

Boss : No, no.. I will bank it in…

Clerk : ……. (lost for words)

Okay.. this may not sound funny to you all. But would you imagine your big boss aka the company’s owner to go and bank-in your salary? Furthermore, there will be about 20 cheques and it will need to be banked in 3 to 4 different banks!! Imagine that… some people may say this can only happen in your dream.. but this is a real story to tell!!!

And I did tell the colleague this - “Wah!!! Kau jahat ooo.. kau suruh boss kau kasi bank-in gaji ko…!!!” hahahaha
